Summary

CREEK TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a full time, on-site Program Manager in support of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), located in Glynco, Georgia. The successful candidate will possess extensive, proven experience in customer-focused organizations, providing strategic leadership, detailed-oriented management, and exceptional problem-solving skills in the IT Services Industry.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site leadership and management for all personnel performing in service desk support, network management, server management, storage management, cybersecurity, and FLETC-unique systems. Supervise on-site and as applicable, off-site FLETC Enterprise IT service operations and maintenance, and support of network users, including all communications equipment on various platforms in large scale operations.
Oversee Technical and Administrative Management of FLETC Enterprise IT Network Infrastructure, IT storage and servers, on-site and as applicable, remote IT Service Desk operations, Enterprise Security System (ESS), FLETC Collaboration System (FCS) and Glynco Multipurpose Center.

Qualifications

PMP certification
ITIL Foundation strongly preferred, higher level certification strongly desired
Prior experience with FLETC desired.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree with a major in engineering, system management, business administration, and/or related field.

Experience

Minimum of seven years of experience in IT program management desired.
Experience managing a federal government enterprise system.
Experience in managing performance-based service agreements and developing and managing projects within assigned budgets.
Experience in optimizing IT service desk performance.
Experience developing and applying technical processes and technical management processes.
Experience in developing documents for risk and opportunity management.
Experience in writing business cases and experience in strategic planning.

Clearance

Active Secret is strongly preferred. Individual requires US Citizenship and a National Agency Check.
